Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 50g onion, chopped
- 25g minced garlic
- 80g minced pork
- 1 cup cooked Heavenly Rice
- 60g frozen mixed vegetables
- 50g prawns, shelled and chopped
- 40g Sichuan preserved vegetable (zha cai), diced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp fried shallots
- A pinch of salt and ground white pepper
Method
- In a wok, heat the oil until hot. Fry the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the pork and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and fry for 5 minutes.
