Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Heavenly Rice
- 60g cooked chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50g onion, chopped
- 50g orange, peeled and cubed
- 35g raisins
- 35g dates, chopped
- 30g spring onion, chopped
- 30g parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of allspice powder
- A pinch of salt and pepper
