Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavenly Rice
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 pandan leaves, washed and knotted
- 2 tsp pandan essence
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Wash the Heavenly Rice then drain it.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a rice-cooker and cook the mixture as you normally would for rice.
- Serve with fried fish, fried egg, ikan bilis, cucumber and sambal.
