- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- 10 stalks of Nameko Mushrooms
- 1 Slice of Luncheon Meat
- 1 Bowl Cooked Heavenly Premium Rice
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g Lettuce
- 1 Carrot
- 100g Sweet Corn
- Japanese Rice Seasoning
- 4 slice of Shredded Ginger
- 1 tbsp Oyster Abalone Sauce
Instructions
- Fry the luncheon meat and ham.
- Fry and heat up some shredded ginger and oil, before adding the Nameko Mushrooms. Add in some water and 1 teaspoon of Oyster Abalone Sauce for flavour.
- Add in the broccoli and cover the frying pan with the lid for about 3 minutes.
- Make two heart-shaped rice balls with the help of a mould. Add Japanese Rice Seasoning in between so that there is flavour in the middle of the rice ball.
- Lay out a bed of fresh lettuce and add white rice at the bottom. This will be the body of the sheep.
- Place the heart shaped rice balls on the rice to make the faces.
- Now add a row of cooked broccoli to make some bushes, and Nameko Mushrooms to make a fence gate.
- Cover the rest of the space with sweet corn to make a bright sunny sky, and add a heart-shaped hard boiled egg (use the mould!) to make a sun.
- Now add some sliced fried luncheon meat to make a fence.
- Roll up the fried ham and use toothpicks to make the sheep horns.
- Add some flower shaped carrots to be flowers in the field.
- Use the seaweed nori to create the eyes and mouth for the sheep.
- Lastly, add a heart-shaped carrot, and you’re done!
