One-Pot Mixed Rice

Our one-pot mixed rice is the perfect recipe for those busy days! Each spoonful gives you maximum flavours with minimum effort and is loaded with umami-bringing fresh mushrooms, lap cheong, mixed veggies, and a potato.

  • 2 cups Heavenly Brown Rice
  • 4 Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Lap Cheong
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  1. Slice 4 fresh mushrooms
  2. Slice 2 lap cheong
  3. Peel 1 potato
  4. Add 2 cups of Heavenly Brown Rice
  5. Add the whole peeled potato, sliced mushrooms, sliced lap cheong, mixed vegetables, and light soy sauce
  6. Cook as per normal rice setting for 40 mins
  7. Once the rice is cooked, mash the potato and mix it all up
  8. Serve with Heavenly Brown Rice, enjoy!
