Our one-pot mixed rice is the perfect recipe for those busy days! Each spoonful gives you maximum flavours with minimum effort and is loaded with umami-bringing fresh mushrooms, lap cheong, mixed veggies, and a potato.
- 2 cups Heavenly Brown Rice
- 4 Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 Lap Cheong
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- Slice 4 fresh mushrooms
- Slice 2 lap cheong
- Peel 1 potato
- Add 2 cups of Heavenly Brown Rice
- Add the whole peeled potato, sliced mushrooms, sliced lap cheong, mixed vegetables, and light soy sauce
- Cook as per normal rice setting for 40 mins
- Once the rice is cooked, mash the potato and mix it all up
- Serve with Heavenly Brown Rice, enjoy!
