INGREDIENTS
- 1 bulb of garlic (chopped)
- 300g minced pork
- 1 packet of preserved vegetables
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix minced pork, preserved vegetables, garlic, light soya sauce and dark soya sauce.
- Crack an egg into the mixture and blend it well.
- Bring mixture to another bowl (for steaming) and spread across evenly.
- Add 1 cup of hot water.
- Steam for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Ready to serve!
