Heavenly Tuna Brown Rice Bake

This is a healthy and easy recipe to make. We had fun making this and everyone enjoyed eating it afterwards. It’s great if you’re looking for a simple cooking project with delicious results.

Cooking Time 25 minutes
  1. 1 cup of well cooked Heavenly Brown Rice
  2. 1 large zucchini, coarsely grated
  3. 1 can of Tuna
  4. 100g of semi-dried tomatoes coarsely chopped
  5. 2 table spoons of chopped basil
  6. 100g of feta cheese, crumbled together
  7. 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  1. First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and set the baking time for 25 minutes.
  2. Put the cooked brown rice in a large bowl, followed by the tuna, grated zucchini, semi-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Pour in the egg mix, chopped basil and mix everything evenly together with a large spoon.
  4. Prepare a non-stick jumbo cupcake tin of 6, and scoop the mix into each cup. Fill them up to the brim. Put the tray into the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. When time is up, take out the tray and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Arrange your Heavenly Tuna Brown Rice Bake on the display stand and garnish with some mixed salad and enjoy!
